Senō Shinkawa – Professional Japanese Traditional Dancer

Second Generation Head of Shinkawa School
From the age of three she has been practicing nihon-buyō (Japanese performing art of dance) and at the age of five she has performed for the first time at the renowned Kabukiza Theater in Ginza.
She was educated by her mother, the founder of Shinkawa School, and she has become the second generation accredited master. Now, based in Yokohama, she gives Japanese traditional dance lessons and lectures around Tokyo.
